I replied to the first email on August 30 and still haven't received my credentials.

I it’s been four weeks since i replied to my portal email, still nothing.

Received portal email. AOR June 23. Application still shows that nothing has started. Not sure about GU’s and VO as my agent has access to my account and I don’t.

I have the same AOR. Called IRCC today and they told me there’s no update. Security hasn’t started either. Do you know when your security and background check cleared?

I have the same AOR as you, June 23. I applied through an agent so i don't have access to my application online. But when i call IRCC to check the status of my application using their automated system it doesn't give me a status on my medical and biometric since the last three days. Any idea?
