I submitted a bunch of web forms and called them at least 7 times since February. They keep saying that due to COVID they don't know how long I'm supposed to wait :mad:

Yep, I received the portal invitation back in January and the e-COPR in Feb. Not sure who is responsible for the PR portal because all the IRCC agents had no idea when the digital photo gets approved:confused: It feels like they just forgot about my application.
