Anyone here being asked for Fingerprints twice within same year? I called the agent said it might be a mistake. I emailed, they replied I have to show proof of completion. Its so weird and very confusing. Any thoughts?

Anyone here taken the test already and asked for fingerprints again? background check was completed last march then today when I check ecas if my test was updated, it says background in progress again. But test says completed any same experience?
