Is there any particular reason that they are not sending the PPR. As I am in the same situation I have been requested this form in July. Did you called them yet?

Are you able to change the address sucessfully? Can you please guide me for the same. Actually we have tried twice using the ECAS but its not showing the change.

How do you know your file has been moved to NDVO? Did you called IRCC or some other method? Please reply
