no, it does not (according to the FAQ posted on the IRCC website). in any case, you are looking at at least two years before you get the citizenship: check the processing time on their website: they are still working on June 2019 applicants.

Same here. There's absolutely nothing we can do, except accepting the fact that this is Canada and you are nobody to the IRCC. Trust me, I have been trying any information as to what's happening.

Looks like the Vancouver office has completely shut down operations (at least based on updates on this forum). Losing all hope at this point. Let's post any/all updates to help one another to get through this nightmare together.

My advice: Do not bother sending any emails. The only response you will get is an official robotic message that the IRCC is working hard and some statements about upholding the citizenship laws etc.... The wait is painful and debilitating but looks like that's the way the system is set up...
