Yeah, that is what my understanding is as well, not sure why the delay though. Anyway good to know that Visa Applications are getting processed, even if there is some delay. I finally have some hope that this will happen soon.

Thanks for the details, I have been told to take the medical test before the application can be submitted and also then they are doing priority processing although don't know if that would mean anything in the current enviournment.
