    BIOMETRIC letters are extended automatically now and the CVACs will honour the expired BILs also.

    You have to update IRCC with the new address and the new passport number, using a web form. Or wait till your visa is stamped in the old passport and then go for renewal.

    Visitor Visa for Parents

    Your parents will not be eligible to visit now under current regulations. But your wife's parents are eligible. You can take PHAC approval for them and then apply for TRV. It will take around 2-3 months if you start now.
