1. Received email asking for information - 22nd june 2. Received log in details for the portal - 4th july 3. Declared my presence in Canada, updated the address and uploaded a picture on the portal - 7th july 4. ECOPR - 27th October 5. VO - Operations Support Centre After very long waiting...

Yes, portal shows 'inland canada declaration submitted ' and address and photo in review with IRCC. I applied for 3 persons. Don't now visa office.

I submitted web form and Ircc replied that they are busy with Afganistan Refugee cases.
