Same for me...Card was mailed on October 25 as per IRCC, still did not receive it, even though I am in Ontario and it should take just 3-4 days to deliver it here. Where are you located?

This is just insane that even after lifting travel restrictions and allowing tourists into the country they are not processing applications from people with the status...We've been waiting for TRV since May and already fed up with this wait...can't imagine the feelings of people waiting from January

You never told us if you submitted any web forms

There's a new portal they launched for re-applying...I am not sure workers/students can re-apply there as the reasons listed for re-application are mostly applicable to visitors

Didn't you apply outside of Canada? I think you are confusing people with your timeline as it's not relevant to applications made inside Canada

What did you dial to reach the agent? I am always being cut off
