My mom is 55, BG, prohibitions, physical presence completed as of July 23rd. We still haven't received anything. Old ecase says Davion made but new one only provides the details regarding steps and completion. Wouldn't you get interview?

Wouldn't you have an interview? My mom applied in Nov 2019. She got her background check done in Mar 2020, and now prohibition is also complete. Everything except language is complete. Language and test are under progress. My mom is 55. Would she have an interview or she will have oath directly?
