This is so frustrating! If we know they didn't received our application. at least we can start over and send the application by mail. I did sent them the contact us form yesterday, hopefully I will get something useful back. Anyways, I will call them on Monday and will let you know.

Yes, I do download a copy of my submitted application. I check my spam everyday since I have applied but nothing received :( I think I will try to call IRCC and see if I can found out.
