How long does it usually take for IRCC to respond to the UP request sent via web form? I recently got a job invitation that requires Canadian citizenship, sent the web form two weeks ago but haven't received any update nor email.

It takes time until your test gets validated. Give it another week and your citizenship test will be updated to completed.

I just read a Facebook post where it took an urgent processing candidate almost a year to get her citizenship. Does anyone know what's up with the IRCC Montreal? One thing I found about the Montreal office is that it only sends the invitation (or updates the tracker) just before the ceremony...

It's a petition, not an ad. But anyway, I don't think IRCC would even care unless the vast majority of Canadians sign up.

Oh I was referring to the 2019 one. Also I think someone in the different thread wrote that s/he received an oath this week.

If you check the spreadsheet, there are some applicants who got their oath invitations for July or August. But I guess most of us have to wait.

Of course! They started processing my application on February 23, 2021.

Nope, it wasn't urgent but I applied when I was still a teenager (but considered as an adult by IRCC) so I guess they had fewer things to verify with my file :')
