It is the form which mentions your height and eye color. However, I am told we dont need to send this form in the vfs package.

I have doubt. In the "Supplementary Identification Form" which we need to send with the VFS package, what is the "Date of Permanent Residence" that we need to mention ? Is it the application filing date or the date on which we received the "ready for visa" email ??!!!

If you have a receipt like this, it is sufficient. You can send this with your package.

When you login to your Express Entry profile, you will find the proof of payment/receipt/letter/note of the application fee that you paid. You can attach that.

I have a query. The RFV email I have got, simply has subject mentioning "Ready For Visa". Is this a legitimate email ? I mean the email I have received seems very random without any proper alignment to the contents that an official email generally has.
