I am at same boat with you, with NOC 2174 CRS score of 493 fsw app, I remember the last tech draw is in April, so why are you not get invited.

I guess they reduce the size from 4500 to 3000 is because they do not want the low score apps like below 400, maybe more and more sounds from different fields have affected the IRCC's decision.
