It might be a size issue. If your file size more than 4 MB try to compress it. Also , as recommended above, check the file type. It must be JPEG or PNG

My wife just received PR card by mail. It took 23 days after eCopr.

My wife received her eCOPR on August 20. Today, September 08 her PR card application status changed as "desision made" and we saw message that her PR card sent by mail. They said it can take up to six weeks.

My wife received eCOPR on August 20 but her photo and address in virtual landing portal is still in "review". And we did not receive anything about PR card

My wife's photo and address is still in review, but she already received eCopr. So, sometimes statuses in the portal are obsolete.

My wife received a confirmation that eCopr is ready by email. After that we downloaded it from PR conf tab. At the bottom of the tab you will see download button as soon as your COPR is ready

Update: photo loaded to the portal on August 08, 2021. Today we received eCopr. So it took 12 days for my wife

We received virtual portal link and temporary password from IRCC approximately in a week after their first email.
