It wouldn't hurt to try. I say email them and see as the officer said technical issue so then try and see the worst they could say is not this department. Someone it this group had a similar issue not sure how it was resolved. Do a search check and see.

That's unusually longtime indeed. I would wait until this week is finish then if its still showing in progress and they still haven't contacted you I would give them a call or send an email.

It's really hard to stay positive guys. Everyday I am checking only to be disappointed day after day.

Same it's so frustrating. I don't know why they still accepting new applications. Why not just clear the backlog and then start accepting new applications it's crazy.

First of all congratulations! I think they will mail home your certificate it takes 3-4 weeks after oath to receive. They passports process I don't know how long that's gonna take but my guess is a couple of weeks as well. I think your options are as follows unless someone advises otherwise:-...
