I had the same error. What I did was increase the brightness of the picture using the default photo editor on my PC and use resizepixeldotcom to change the pixel to 1745 by 1750. That did the trick for me.

What is the error message?

I asked if they got my web form Cos I just got a generic response (did a job update) and also asked for the stage my app is in.

I’m a single applicant. Status still shows in progress.

Called IRCC today and got below info: Eligibility: Passed Criminality: Passed Security: Not started Timeline: ITA: July 22 AOR: July 28 BIO update: August 31 Medical passed 1: September 15 (submitted IME of medical done in 2018 for study permit) GU: September 16 Medical passed 2: September 27

I have not been able to access my account since 2 days ago…returns to the homepage on after entering the login credentials….. anyone with the same issue?

Haha strange to me as well. Maybe they did a second review or file got passed to another VO.

It took 11 days. On September 16, it changed from processing to in progress and yesterday 27, it changed back to processing. Are you in the same boat?

I believe they are generic based on the fact that mine was at processing from AOR date and last week started saying they will send a message when they start the BG check. Strange.

what did you submit as proof of residence outside Quebec?

Got another update this afternoon. Background check reverted to “Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check.” Anyone had the same update?
