    The email that you received after sending your application is not more that just a proof that your application was submitted successfully. Unfortunately, you can't link your application on IRCC until you receive your AOR which include your official application number.

    I don't know where you live, but I was in the same situation two months ago. I submitted my PGWP from Quebec three days before my study visa expiration. Hopefully, I was able to renew my insurance card for six months until I get my full PGWP.

    Even whether the people from Quebec applied and then moved to Ontario or somewhere else, you don’t have the possibility to notify IRCC about your new situation. Indeed, having AOR is a commitment. I’m sorry if I’m wrong, but somebody said me that recently.
