    Why do they need proof? I applied August 8th and received AOR last week (English essential health care). It’s very obvious that they are not working in the order that the applications were received! Just be patient and wait your turn.

    AOR received today November 22nd - Sydney office My timeline: Submitted : August 8th 2021 Stream: essential health care. Medical: passed November 19th Biometrics: completed 2019 so not needed Linked: November 22nd Hopefully this category gets moving!

    I applied in August then travelled back home to the UK in September. I was allowed back in with no problems. you should be fine as long as you return before your work permit expires.

    Yes so if it was valid at the time then that's fine. Hmmm I would not recommend submitting for BOWP earlier than 4 months before expiry. Wait until October... current processing time for BOWP is 56 days.

    Apparently CEC is very quick! current processing time is 6 months and AOR for CEC are usually issued within a week. If I was you I would cancel TR to PR after receiving CEC AOR!
