No need to take a new French test anymore (?)
Why would you think language center will communicate to IRCC automatically....such an overestimate of Canadian service lol. Didn't you upload the first TEF by your own? Did TEF auto upload your score automatically? Also FSW most recent draw is 399, if you meet the line, and all 4 sections above...- dwighter

you have waited for such an abnormally long time so it just can't be a regular screening...regular screening takes less than 3 weeks. You better decouple your dependent otherwise she/he also gets held up. You can submit an application to separate the dependent's file.- dwighter

Enhanced Security check now takes average 24 - 30 months. Some with AOR Oct 2023 are still waiting.- dwighter

Citizenship Tracker-Background Check - fingerprints processing took too long
Many already filed and then succeeded. The criteria for filing mandamus is processing time longer than standard ie 12 months- dwighter
