Yes, the organization should send it directly to immigration. My first ADR was asking them to resend it. So it's totally fine. Just ask them to send directly to IRCC.

Nope, I'm still here in Canada. The renewal of the Visa is complicated. I will most likely have to find a job here if I want to stay.

Not really, if you're not paid inland you can't renew. Pretty weird they don't have a better policy considering how the pandemic affected Start-Ups. We have revenue in Brazil mostly but in Canada things have been slow so I can't be paid in Canada yet but I am in Brazil.

I noticed it depends on the Designated organization. Some are better seen by IRCC so they ask for fewer documents. Others ask a lot more.

Hi everyone, So, I received my WP under the SUV program the last august. Now it's two months before it expires. I know the SUV WP was made to last the same time the application for the PR would be approved or not. With the pandemic, every change we are well aware of. Did IRCC say anything...

Hi everyone, I had one idea to help track the timelines. I created a Google Form that collects information about the application and outputs it to a Google Spreadsheet. This way, we can see where others are and see updates. No information is collected other than your responses. I also added...

Yes. I had to apply for an extension for my Visitor Visa to maintain status while inside Canada before my WP was approved. Also, the Work Permit is not a visa per se. You still need a Visitor Visa or eTA to travel to Canada. When you get your Work Permit your visa is also emitted. I don't see...

Thanks for it, I don't know if it relates but whenever a goal in a petition is reached the best to do is to send it to the media so that they can ask the questions, help to understand the issues and what is happening to fix it.

Yes, that's correct. It was something incredible as well. I think it also depends on the designated organization you applied with. He was here in Canada as a Visitor when he applied and stayed here the whole time. I'm not an expert, so I don't know the different types of Start-up Visa Program.
