Few days back, Background was under "processing ". Received GU at 11:30am today. BACKGROUND changed from "process" to "processing" again. Don't know what that means?

My AOR is 7 march as well. VO: Montreal Received an GU on 6 August 4pm. BACKGROUND changed to " Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check". Earlier is was in processing status. ELIGIBILTY : still same.
