There is nothing wrong,the over due simply means it’s been one month since you submitted your passport,which is the normal deadly PP submission,.. and for the observation thing,nothing to upload there,just stay put and expect approval and passport back to you.

Got my passport an hour ago,glory be to God.

Why not give DHL a call,the error might be from them.

No courier mail gotten cuz you opted to get it back when you sent your passport to VFS.
