When trying to link - if someone is sponsoring you then include them too in "Number of family members" field. So for example if you are sponsored by a family member then say "2". My application did not link until I added this.

There are people here waiting since 50-60 days for their COPR and some got it in 1-2 days. So there is no specific timeline, all luck I guess..
