It’s nothing like that, obviously applicants are desperate and too know it, even bot says on call that they know how important application is to us. Also, many people who called got positive response including me.

I faced same problem on Iphone, if tou are using iphone then try android because I was able to do it on android. If you already used android then try in another mobile set

I I also called today and they said everything is passed and only final decision is pending, big relief to know this, I also gave biometrics on 28th of June but got BVL on 2nd of July

Call connected after 6 attempts, I am told that my eligibility is passed, but it is not yet updated on profile. When I asked if he could tell me that within what time span will my eligibility be updated, he replied that he can’t say. But knowing that I have passed eligibility is a big big relief

hi all I got admitted to McGill University for Master of Laws, scored 8 bands, not less than 7 in each, submitted visa file on 14th of May 2021 and gave biometrics on the 28th of May and they got updated on my IRCC profile on the very same day, received BVL on 2nd of July, but after that...

I called this number using text now. It rings for a few times and is then automatically disconnected, no bot speaking or anything, can you please help me with this?
