Many members took the test outside of Canada by communicating the same to IRCC. You can try to get IRCC alignment and proceed with the test instead of rescheduling the test.

I submitted my family Paper application on 8th Jun 2021 and received AOR on 13th Sep 2021. It is changed to "in progress" old ECAS on Oct 19th. For my self and wife, the background status is changed to completed on Nov 10th. For my 6 years old daughter the background status is still showing as...

Also, the status should be changed to "Complete" if the PR card is sent in the mail. If the status is still "Decision Made" and not updated as "Complete" is not a positive sign. Please call asap instead of waiting further.
