yes my case is kinda complicated... I unfortunately missed the 14-day window, the credentials went to the junk mail folder and I didn't notice it. So, still waiting for the 2nd email

it could be varied. I've seen ppl get it on the same day with the first portal, and others like 1 month later or even longer. For myself, I'm waiting from Sep 1st. Hope you're the fast one & could get it soon. Good luck!

Just realized I've got my credentials on SEP 5th... omg... It was in the junk mail folder. I check junk mail every day, but somehow I never notice it was there! Now the password expired already. I just sent an email to IRCC, but not sure if it gonna help. Does anyone have similar situations as...
