visa office? and timeline? I believe it is Abu Dhabi coz today is Sunday and only AD is issuing BVL. I also received my BVL on 28th July and still waiting for the final outcome.

Any update? Any idea how long Abu Dhabi is taking to give final decision after BVL?

I mentioned my timeline and inquired about the status of my application. I think IRCC will finalize all applications that were received before 15th May till 6th August.

I raised one on 20th June. (got a response on 21st June about a pending background check) Second on 30th June. (No response) Applied GCMS on 2nd July.

Dear, IELTS is recommended but not mandatory in non-sds. I have seen many PPRs in non-sds without IELTS.

if u hve applied before 15th May, u will get the decision in the first or maximum second week of August.

PPR Chances are of course higher. I believe if they want to refuse your application, they would refuse it within a month after the start of eligibility review. But the eligibility status can only be verified via IRCC call or GCMS notes.
