Just confirmed with my representative now. My counterfoil was also updated on Saturday. Passport was delivered to Ottawa on 11 th Oct.

So sorry to hear about your situation. We also have a family wedding at end of month and need to apply for UK visa as soon as we get the passport back. Hope we all get our passports back in time! Did you apply for normal UK visa or with priority?
