You can combine both files and make a pdf, if you already uploaded one PCC, submit the other one via webforms. If they asked for RCMP check thn yes, In my case they asked me for it but I still haven't received it. I got my eCoPR on August 24.

Same thing happened with me, I'm still waiting for my RCMP check but I got my COPR the day before yesterday.

Hi, I'm in the same condition. I submitted my RCMP Background Check - Fingerprint based application on June 30, 2021. I haven't received anything yet. I emailed them but no response. Getting a PCC from India seems easier now.

If you're panicked because you've deadline to submit it, thn submit LOE all screenshots attached that you've applied, you'll be good. They gave me 1month for pcc but I couldn't get it within the timeline so now they extended it for 60 days.

Yes the one I applied earlier, had some mistakes in it so I had to apply it again.
