I would provide them with the old address and then pay Canada post for their forwarding services a week before you move so in case it arrives after you moved the PR card would still be sent to you. You could also include your new address and a week before you move, submit a webform telling them...

From what I've read, you won't get a second email with the credentials. Instead, you have to check your account regularly to see when they add your case to your account. Be on the lookout! If it starts taking too long, raise a webform. Good luck!

FYI I had to wait a full day after I got my eCoPR to link my PR card application in CIC. I just used my UCI and last name (like I wrote it in my pr application) and voila. Hopefully it doesn't take 132 days like the website says.

When do you know you can link your pr card application? Will the pr portal provide you with an application number or something after you receive your eCoPR?
