Well, I agree with @Mayank_Choudhary here. SDS is for the student permit and college and the university does ask for IELTS Academic.

yes, @parrots this indeed is excellent news as there is a reduction of 10 weeks waiting period which is a huge difference. All the little rays of hope in the form of such information keep us stay positive... waiting is the game and patience is a virtue... we all are really good at that it seems...

Hey @parrots... How are you? What about your medicals were they updated? Did you defer the Sept session? I am still paranoid about raising a webform to IRCC. Did you raised any webform? My lodge date was 25th May and apart from Biometrics nothing has been updated.

Thanks for the reply @Ad123j. I've already deferred to Jan Intake. Did you raise any web-form to the IRCC about your medical update and your file? Also, do you need to inform the IRCC about the deferral? ( I thought if the deferral period is under 150 days you don't need to inform the IRCC)

It's really a stressful situation now... The lodge date was 25th May and the medical isn't updated yet, however, my wife's medical got updated on the 5th of July. Only biometrics is updated on the 1st of June. What should be done now apart from waiting? I've mailed to the immigration department...

I guess it only depends on the college/university and the seat availability. Drop an email to them regarding this issue.

Congrats on receiving your PPR. Did you raise a web form while you were waiting for your PPR?

My college was strict in mentioning that there would be no online classes starting 7th September. A few hours ago I mailed them for deferral to Jan 2023 and now this update of online classes getting back on track... Only God knows what's in favour for all of us.

The pattern is all so random that we just can't figure out who's next in getting the PPR...all we could do is wait and don't lose our hearts and stay positive... Wish you the best of luck my friend. Hope we all get the PPR.
