The pre-arrival letter should appear in the GCKey portal

I received the pre-arrival letter on Oct 16 and then on Oct 19 I got an email from IRCC regarding my PR portal to start processing the PR card. I never received anything in between, i.e., confirmation that the sponsor was eligible, or any updates on my IRCC account. However, ECAS said a decision...

Application Received: 6 April 2021 AOR1: 27 May2021 AOR2: 28 September 2021 In Process: 28 September 2021 Medical Passed: 16 October Biometrics Given: 8 October Never got anything else in between other than the email today from PR Confirmation Portal and ECAS saying Decision Made.

Yeah I'm having the same issue. I've got an email regarding the PR Confirmation Portal but the document attached looks questionable. I was wondering if anyone else is at the same point?
