When you first xall they send you a form to fill out with all your info. Someone in the office now has your file and their job is to contact IRCC on your behalf. I believe most office only contact ircc once per month on your behalf. You can call then your MP I mean to see his their office...

Call them again. Mine gives me updates every month. It's been tge same update since I contacted them but am hopeful tmrw will be different.
