Hello, We received our bluebook. Also an email that said this copy of records were sent to the CBSA Vancouver. Letter also mentions they will be contacting the sponsor soon regarding the hearing date. Does that mean we have a full hearing or it can still be ADR? We were refused in June 2021...

Reason they gave us is they do not believe we are a genuine couple. I am thinking to hire a lawyer only because when I read it on the Canadian IAD website they mention having a counsel from our side. So we are not sure if lawyer or consultant is mandatory for the appeal. I think lawyer may help...

I recently attended interview and next day I see decision made on ecas and background check Not Applicable on gc key. I have not submitted the police certificate yet as I am still waiting to receive it. Does that most likely means it is a refusal? Any input on this ? Appreciate your response
