It is in progress, both background check and eligibility are in progress and started at same time What about yours?

Mine is still in process from 17 September 2023 , when did you submit your application? I contacted to IRCC and they told me it is still in background check but when I send an email to Ankara embassy they told me it is depending to volume of applications that they received and still in process.

Yes from mid of October it has been started. In IRCC website the processing time of visitor visa for iranian is 76 days now.

This is my spouse's application to come to Canada as a visitor while her sponsorship application is under process. She already received her AOR for permanent residency and after that, we applied for a visitor visa, as they mentioned on the IRCC website this kind of application must be processed...
