Plus majority of people who are mentioning their VO as Vancouver are those who recieved their COPR from Vancouver (being their local VO) whereas their files have been processed somewhere else.

My AOR is March 11, 2021 And visa office is Vancouver. And haven't received a single update since medicals and bio. And haven't seen anybody getting copr from there since Jan. Last I called to check up at the end of April when nothing started. Its really frustrating.
