Yes, they are open. Usually they reply emails after 2 days. But what I know that they are fully booked everywhere. I made my appointment on 30th june and they gave me for 27th july.

Yes, File submitted: 21st April 2020 First AOR: 6December 2020 Sent File LVO: 21st january 2021 AOR 2 : 4 May 2021 Biometrics were submitted when I applied for visitor visa in Oct 2020 after my baby was born in canada. Visitor visa was rejected. No medical request or ADR.
