You should try calling them or sending a webform since the processing time is 4 months now

Thats only for people whose card was mailed out not for people who never received it in the first place. But the processing time is 4 months so calling may help since it's been more than 4 months

Hey, make sure your it matches your passport, put the city and the state exactly as is on the passport. It should work after that

Been Waiting for 2 months now.. it received two ghost updates 3-4 weeks ago but nothing since and now I don't know what going on.

ECORP isn't valid for traveling so you'll have to wait for your PR card. Once you get ecorp, your other visas and work permit become void so you won't be able to return back unless you get a PRTD

That's a good idea Honestly I've seen so many people getting their ECORP in sept and cards being mailed in sept/Oct. Not sure what's the problem with uploading a new picture.

Same exact situation, my pic was rejected on the 17th of August, uploaded one on the 18th and haven't heard back yet.
