    I assume when you say 'claim' you mean a complaint? if that's the case then don't bother, I filed a couple of those and nothing, they never responded and they don't even look at it.

    So if an MP request your file to be transferred to your local office, what happens then if and when the local office accepts the transfer? Do they just print it and call you to pick it up?

    exactly what happened to my wife as well, called 1st of June and was told that the passport has gone to the printer and to call back in 10 days, she called 3 weeks later only told by a different agent that the passport was still 'processing' and he wasn't sure why the original agent told her it...
