This for sure is not a well-oiled machine ....seems random, not sure what process is followed .... my PR card comes 3 weeks after my partner received his, and we got eCOPR on same day ......I see some people are waiting months ..... a bit of a lottery I seems. Good luck to you!

Same here - my partner is primary applicant, he received his PR card last week (5 weeks after eCOPR) and mine is still 'under review' in portal and PR card application showing as 'submitted' status in CIC account

I would love to hear from others on this too .... I received eCOPR on May 28th and am awaiting PR card..... my partner received his PR card though a couple of days ago though and in the portal his photo shows as 'under review' still, so looks like that doesn't always get updated.

Mine came through within 48 hours but all quiet since - photo still pending approval so not sure how long til PR card comes
