Hello! finally SC is ready for pick up, does anyone know how the wait time is for pickup in Ottawa BLS?

Hello! Has anyone recently submitted Surrender application to Ottawa via walk-in? How is the wait time? If we walk-in do they give option to drop off or it has to be pickup only? What is the processing time? 8 weeks? I couldn't find the postal link so I guess I'll just walk in.
