I submitted on 2nd june. First email 26 May. I called IRCC and they said you have passed all the steps. Ecopr may take few weeks. Then I said its already been 2 weeks so I asked her that it will be few more weeks? She said its taking more time for eCOPR now days for few candidates and she said...

Nope. Everybody who is receiving either they are from Calgary or some other VO.
