I believe that is the same email, where ircc ask about following a link to confirm whether you are in Canada or not, and to send in your UCI along with other details. Once that step is done, they then send email with credentials to login and upload photo and address.

Hi, my case is exactly like yours, the only diff is I received my PR confirmation email on 7th May, credentials on 17th email and waiting for eCOPR since 18the May. No movement since then. Hopefully we receive something soon.

Waiting from 18th May, Etobicoke No response. Tried calling them few times, they don’t give out any info and only ask to wait. What a bad situation to be in. Just wait!

Hi can you please share from where exactly you downloaded the ECOPR? Where you notified via email about the eCOPR or you just randomly checked your cic account?

Still waiting after submitting dec, photo n address on 18th May. Don’t knows what is taking them so long.
