Can someone help please for PPR document. 1. Should I write my name and photographers details on back of photo? 2. And when we say 'packet' should I put all these documents for PPR in a brown envelope? Any address to be written on it ot Bludart guy will write adress on his own?

This is absolutely rubbish. There are many countries having more cases than India, like USA, but only Indians are punished. This completely seems political decision.
