I have the exact same AOR as you and have the same status when i called, also montreal visa office they said i’m on criminality and security not started, called them about 3 weeks ago Hopefully a update soon!

No still not passed, i called them today actually and they said criminality is still processing and just not to worry and just wait a bit longer
