My PR card application was approved on June 28th and after 1 or 2 days the PR confirmation portal said approved on address and Photo. Also they said the PR portal will be closed after 30 days as all things are approved

When you upload photo it takes your consent that this photo is taken in last 6 months.

I got a mail today that something requires review. I saw they advised some suggestions on the digital photo and needed to be replaced. Got new photo uploaded. I guess it will take time now a bit :(, otherwise PR card It would be processed Already I believe.

Yes the GC key account Initial Express Entry application. ECOPR will appear top download on the new portal. PR card application can be linked to GC key
