No it'll not, it only counts as foreign experience when you're on work permit

Yes it's in Canada but for a foreign employer and I'm getting paid in foreign bank account and in foreign currency Also, the employer don't have any offices in Canada

The Remote foreign experience is from August 2023 to present (3 months), Canadian experience is from July 2021 to July 2023 (2yrs) and the foreign experience is from June 2018 to March 2019 (9 months) will this be equal to 1 yr foreign experience and 2 yr Canadian experience?

Can you post the exact words in your letter, I believe in your case you were rejected because they have stated that while in Canada during studies any kind of work experience cannot be counted
