Yes. Going by what's been shared in these forums, it seems like online applicants for January submissions are slowly getting their AORs. Last one who posted about received their AOR, was a Jan 8th applicant.

Is there a separate tracker for online applicants? It seems like it is taking around 130-160 days to get AORs for online applicants.

Yes, you need to inform them of the address change by completing a webform. However, if you submitted your application online, you may receive a response that they are unable to find your application. I would still recommend submitting the address change now, to have it on record. And later...
