IELTS wont be an issue at all and neither ECA. Its simply the hesitation that i have of loosing money in processing fees due to rejection. Its feels like a unachievable task of competing with young tech applicants. Yes, i am in my thirties and that makes my case even weaker.

Basically its a termination clause that states you cant work in the same field in the same area(Ontario and British Columbia). Employer trying to save their interests and protect their competitive edge. That's my understanding of it.
